What is the processing time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days before your package is handed over to the carrier.
Are your fragrance oils and essential oils skin-safe?
Yes, our fragrance and essential oils are formulated for cosmetic use. Please refer to the IFRA Certificate available on each product page for specific usage rates in soaps and lotions.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?
We offer tiered pricing on many of our raw materials, waxes, and containers. Bulk discounts are automatically applied when you add the required quantities to your shopping cart.
What is your return policy on raw ingredients?
To ensure the integrity and safety of our products, we cannot accept returns on raw ingredients, essential oils, or fragrance oils. We recommend purchasing sample sizes before committing to larger quantities.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship throughout North America. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your supplies.
Can I track my shipment?
