At Voyageur Soap & Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, items in original, unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully package the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred shipping carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
