Cayenne Pepper Ground

Cayenne Powder (Capsicum annuum) is a finely ground botanical powder known for its natural reddish-orange colour and warming properties. In cold process soap making, it is commonly used as a natural colourant, adding warm peach to brick-red tones depending on usage rate and the base oils used. Cayenne powder is typically infused into oils or dispersed very finely before adding to soap batter to help achieve even colour and minimize speckling.
